The Four Pillars of Welton academy

Hi guy´s, here i am again with 
my first "real" blog post!😝
Today´s topic: The four pillars.


The four pillars are the fundamental basics for a good graduation and a successful future at this school. 📈💭
Welton academy is an absolute elite and that´s why everyone at this school is so honest about those four pillars, whether student or teacher.

• Tradition: Richard Cameron: "Tradition, Mr. Nolan (Headmaster), is the love of school, country and family. Our tradition at Welton to the best!
• Honor: George Hopkins: "Honor is dignity and the fulfillment of duty!"
• Discipline: Knox Overstreet: "Discipline is respect for parents, teachers and headmaster. Discipline comes within."
• Excellence: Neil Perry: "Excellence is the result of hard work... excellence is the key to all success, in school and everywhere."

As you could read those four pillars are very comparable to many school's guiding principles.... just much more extreme.

For example at our school we centered the human being so things like how everyone at our school should be treated or "to build together a better school" etc.📖

And because of this so extremely perfectionistic principles the students at Welton are that much under pressure wich i think isn't that perfect. The rules are strict and they're like caged in this school. But I don't mean the building and the school campus, what i mean is the school system and the students have no options than obey the school rules (for now). They can't be free....😔🔗
